John specialises in trade mark, copyright and unlawful competition litigation, including trade mark oppositions, trade mark and copyright infringement claims, domain name disputes, company and close corporation name objections; domestic and foreign trade mark applications, including trade mark searches and prosecution; advertising law, including advertising pre-clearance and complaints before the Advertising Standards Authority; commercial IP transactions, licensing arrangements and due diligence investigations.
